1. Presentation format

All rooms will be properly equipped with a computer and projector.

Authors should have their presentations in MS PowerPoint or PDF (following the same template):

It is advisable to have the various files stored on different devices (email, pen-drive, cloud).

Speakers must upload their presentations at least 15 minutes before the start of the session.

Alternatively, the files can be sent to geral@cicet.fundacaocvc.pt, requesting the Organization to upload the presentation to the room.

In each session, a member of the Organizing Committee, duly identified, will be present to support the speakers in whatever is necessary.

2. Time available for presentation

The maximum time available for presentations will be 20 minutes with an additional 5 to 10 minutes for debate at the end of each presentation.

3. Virtual participation

The ICTHM2025 will allow virtual participation in the Conference.  The virtual participation modality includes virtual presentation through Zoom. All instructions are sent via email.

The rules/instructions regarding submissions, important dates, and registration are the same as for regular participation. In this sense, researchers who wish to opt for virtual participation should contact the Organizing Committee (via email geral@cicet.fundacaocvc.pt).

Researchers who choose to participate virtually  will receive an official certificate of presentation (per paper presented), as well as an official certificate of participation.
